If you see someone struggling, help them. Build someone up who is feeling down. Encourage others. Encourage yourself. Be kind.

Avoid gossip. Reminding others to be kind is also a reminder to yourself. We can get caught up in the day to day stresses of life and transfer our stress to others. Take a step back and breathe. Refocus and move forward. Being negative can be the easy way, but being positive is a better solution. - Ashley Hunter

Many woman have something that makes them feel self conscious. It does not matter what size we are, or how old we are. We seem to see ourselves differently then how others see us. We tend to be hard on ourselves, and sometimes hard on each other. Encourage the women around you, and encourage yourself to own your body and celebrate how beautiful you are!
