Another New Year has arrived, and that beginning often comes with guilt. Feelings of guilt begin to creep in about not changing the things we previously decided we wanted to change, one example is our bodies. A new January can make us feel bad about the promises we did not keep for ourselves from the year before. Broken resolutions. Mislaid plans, and of course forgotten diets.
